1. We charge one month salary per annum per requirement as our commission before sending the candidate.

2. If we send candidates and he/she is selected then no commission will be refunded even if the candidate work for a day only replacement.

3. This registration is valid for one year, which can be renewed every year, at same charge, and if remains partly utilized in a year can be carried forward for balance period only.

4. Wages to candidates should be made as per his days of working with the clients.

5. Any advance payment transaction with candidate will be at your risk.

6. Any replacement requirement due to resignation of our candidate, should be informed to us before 10 days.

7. Our candidate, at our Registration is not transferrable without our permission.

8. Any dispute, claims are subject to Brihanuman Jurisdication.

9. Police verification of candidate will be client’s responsibility.
